Habibi House is mobilizing its immediate geographical community, immigrant communities, and artists of intersectional backgrounds to reimagine home outside of traditional institutional structures through art, food, music, and conversation. In providing a safe space for communities to engage with artists and artmaking, Habibi House presents diverse groups with the opportunity to hold one another’s whole selves.
